　　Job Purpose : Perform manual operations throughout Fabrication and Machining, loading equipment, other various tasks throughout fabrication.

　　Equipment : CNC Mills, Turret Punch Presses, Shears, & Haegers

　　Shift : 1st (8:30 am to 4:30 pm)

　　Location : Lewis Center, OH

　　Pay : $20 to $25

　　Job Duties/Responsibilities:

　　Loading and Operation of CNC and Manual Milling Machine; train to load various machines.

　　Read and follow a tool list to be able to assemble required tooling and set tool offsets in machine using touch probes and/or Pre-Setter.

　　Perform manual operations in fabrication assembly including riveting, masking, install gasket(s), sealing, mechanical assembly, and epoxy bonding

　　Run various fabrication equipment after the machine is setup as instructed. This equipment may include Haeger, press brakes, shears, punch presses, spot welders, metal finishing machines, and CNC Machines

　　Complete all process/product related documentation and inspection as it relates to the work performed

　　Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with PPE procedures, work rules, and regulations

　　Maintain orderliness of product, equipment, tools, supplies, ESD, part handling and inventory points within Fabrication

　　Provide assistance and interface with all areas of Manufacturing

　　Document actions by completing production and quality forms

　　Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks, or rotating through different processes/jobs as required or directed

　　Operate per established Company Policies and Procedures

　　Other tasks as assigned by Management
