EZGO/Cushman Product Manager

　　Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation

　　vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support

　　equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in

　　environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting

　　preserves.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Evaluate new and existing product alignment with EZGO business strategies through implementation ofindividual product offerings.

　　Identify opportunities for organic growth and increased competitive positioning of EZGO products in thegolf industry.

　　Influence innovation plans for new product designs through use of industry research, demandsensitivities, and customer feedback while collaborating with engineering organization.

　　Lead efforts for refining product performance and specification through market analysis and intentionalchannel selection.

　　Execute upon recommendations for market penetration, product training, and price offerings.

　　Work closely with cross functional teams including engineering and sales for feature definition and

　　product positioning.

　　Lead internal and external communications on pricing and offering initiatives.

　　Represent the company on business development activities.

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications:

　　Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Business, Economics, or related field required

　　Years of Experience: 5 or more years of experience required

　　Software Knowledge: Excel, Teamscenter, SAP or other related databases, PowerPoint
