　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　As an expert in our team People Data & IT Infrastructure, you are responsible for the further development of our people data landscape and for BASF's central SAP Human Capital Management System.

　　You take ownership within GB HR for the implementation of our future SAP HCM System and you interact with all global stakeholders within the process.

　　Together with the team, GD and our data governance, you are an important part of future HR (IT) organization and contribute to our global IT Transformation by creating concepts and balancing business demands.

　　You bring your expertise into global projects to ensure smooth data maintenance processes.

　　With an outstanding service mindset, you advise all Stakeholders within your area of competence.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　university degree in Data Science, Data Management or a similar field of study

　　profound knowledge in the field of SAP HCM Systems

　　strong analytical skills

　　experience in managing international projects as well as a goal and result-oriented way of working

　　excellent experience in the management of employees and a customer-oriented appearance

　　presentation and negotiating skills in both German and English
