Description

　　Responsible for assessing, coordinating, developing and evaluating Phase I and II exercise programs for Outpatient Cardiac Rehab Patients. Assists with patients in identification and modification of coronary risks factors and provides ongoing support and self-management education for patients and families.

　　Required qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.

　　Cardiac medications, basic arrhythmia recognition, and lifestyle management education.

　　Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

　　1 year Cardiac Rehab Exercise Program experience.

　　Preferred qualification:
