As an Executive Operations Manager, you will lead meaningful programs that deliver the best experience possible for employees & support senior leaders by maximizing their impact through a broad view of the organization. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across T-Mobile and be empowered to solve challenging yet impactful problems. Are you ready to join the Un-Carrier?Responsible for the development & preparation of internal communications, presentations/briefings, events, business planning activities for assigned senior leader(s), executing highly visible strategic tasks & initiatives, & creating a positive impact across the organization.Responsible for the overall integrated Management System across Finance, driving organizational consistency, ease of accessibility, & creating a focus on accountability & first-time quality by partners.Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic alignment, develop roadmaps, define prioritization of deliverables, & make/implement recommendations for executive leaders.Create communication strategies, deliverables, & tactics for assigned programs, ensuring alignment with the overarching Finance communication plan for all audiences.Serve as a contributing member of the OCFO team by assisting with internal project/program management & building tools and resources that help drive process improvement & standardization.Qualifications:Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or Master's degreeWork Experience: 4-7 years in organizational programs, business/executive operations, or related areaWork Experience: 2-4 years in supervisory or program management experienceWork Experience: Employee Experience, Communications, Human Resources, DE&I, Business/Executive Operations, & Strategy DevelopmentExcellent Microsoft Office SkillsHave a high degree of business acumen, discretion, urgency, and strong attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skillsExperience performing data analysis through multiple methods/toolsAbility to develop concise executive presentations & summarize content into actionable attributesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguitySelf-starter with the ability to anticipate requirements, prioritize workload, & meet deadlines through a resourceful mindset#LI-Corporate* At least 18 years of age* Legally authorized to work in the United States#LI-Corporate#LI-HybridWashington Pay Range : $111,300.00 - $150,600.00The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in
