　　Due to a replacement, we are now hiring an Executive Manager Finance, Travel Retail Worldwide (TR ww) for our Finance Team in Galgenen, Switzerland.

　　Job Description:

　　As the Executive Finance Manager TR ww, you will lead the Swiss-based Accounting and Controlling team and are responsible for the Travel Retail P&L and Balance Sheet within the Estée Lauder AG Lachen entity.

　　Your main responsibilities include:

　　Leading the TR Finance Team based in Galgenen, Switzerland with about 10 Team Members

　　Responsible for the annual Statutory Close of the Swiss Legal Entities including local Tax

　　Ensure smooth monthly closing procedure within the 3 Days timeline

　　Accurate Budget and Estimate submission for Travel Retail Shipping and Warehousing cost

　　Run, create, and improve Business Performance Reports

　　Analyze Business Performance, identify cost efficiency potentials, and communicate to key stakeholders within the local or corporate organization

　　Drive process improvements for closing procedure and Budget / Estimate submission

　　Business Partner with the VP Supply Chain in Switzerland and VP TR Finance in NY

　　Be the Finance Member in key transformational projects

　　Responsible for Swiss-based Audit and ensuring SOX-compliance for the Swiss legal entity

　　Qualifications

　　We are looking for someone who brings:

　　A completed Bachelors or Masters Degree in finance or related discipline

　　ca. 5 years of experience in a similar role in international matrix organizations

　　Technical Accounting experience along with an advanced understanding of distribution operations

　　Understanding of company policies and internal controls

　　Experience in US GAAP Accounting and Sarbanes Oxley Regulations

　　Experienced in managing a team of accountants and other finance professional

　　Capable of assisting the VP Supply Chain TRWW of a complex distribution network and the VP Finance & Strategy TR in general Finance & accounting matters

　　Knowledgeable of payroll, pension plan, and Swiss taxation requirements. SAP knowledge is preferred

　　Strong verbal/written German and English communication skills
