　　ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY

　　LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism — from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　• Sit in on meetings founders and help executive assistant with note taking and recaps

　　• Assist with calendar management for founders

　　• Maintain organized list with meetings and appearances follow-ups

　　• Assist with expense reports

　　• Work cross functionally with executive and design team to track and maintain founders personal items in the office

　　• Track personal clothing orders and create organized list of delivered items

　　• Assist with unboxing and organizing personals

　　• Help run errands/returns for the family

　　• Assist with making reservations/itineraries for travel

　　• Help executive assistant manage follow-ups regarding meetings for work, founders personal appointments, house appointments

　　SKILLS, QUALITIES AND BEHAVIOURS

　　·Intern MUST receive school credit - this is an UNPAID internship

　　· Meticulous, attention to detail, + ability to multitask

　　· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

　　· Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly

　　· Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

　　· Must have clear understanding of the LoveShackFancy brand and aesthetic.
