The LA Equestrian Center is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team! This EA will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, handling all clerical work and minor administrative and business details to support the General Manager by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Reads and routes incoming mail.
Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by General Manager.
Composes and types routine correspondence.
Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
Answers and screens General Manager's telephone calls and arranges conference calls.
Coordinates General Manager's schedule and makes appointments.
Greets scheduled visitors and directs to appropriate area or person.
Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
Completes monthly facility reports.
Coordinates and arranges executive staff and other meetings, prepares agendas, reserves, and prepares meeting location, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience
High School diploma or G.E.D.
Two years minimum related secretarial/administrative experience.
Skills and Abilities
Seasoned professional with excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, TEAMs, etc.) and expense management software.
Ability to work independently and anticipate business needs as they arise.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions.
Ability to oversee multiple tasks, projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
