About Executive Assistant , International Stores Finance

  Amazon is seeking an intuitive, multi-tasking, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to partner with a VP of Finance, International Stores.This role will focus on keeping the leader organized, informed, productive and inspired. The candidate must be able to work successfully in a team environment and they should be adaptable, a quick learner, and are eager to explore new tasks.Amazon's International Stores team is at the forefront of many of Amazon's most exciting and dynamic businesses and acquisitions, with a driving focus towards the same mission-to be Earth's most customer-centric company.Key job responsibilities- Complex domestic & international travel coordination- Meeting coordination, and special event management- Ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations- Strong written and verbal communication- Excellent administrative, technical, and organizational skills.- Ability to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines- Able to work and remain calm under pressure, juggling multiple deadlines with tact and discretion- Be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to make autonomous decisions without guidance when appropriate- Have fun at work and help others do the same!A day in the life- In this role, you will spend time in partnership with your leadership team, while working on special projects- Examples of projects may include (but are not limited to) training new hires on policies and procedures, project coordination and logistics, documentation and collateral coordination- In this role, you will be a liaison to Human Resources, creating administration manuals- You may also have the opportunity to participate in operational task forcesTeam CultureHere at Amazon, we embrace our differences. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market.
