The ExcellerateForeman I is responsible for supervising electrical installations,troubleshooting, and maintenance within the commercial and industrialsettings. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or GED,and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000hours) Travel: 10 to 25% Work Schedule: This position works between thehours of 6 AM and 6PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week tomeet business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * All previous classificationrequirements must be continually satisfied. * Demonstrates ability torun a scope of work/project(s) with a crew of (1-10+) effectively. *Establish expectations and motivates crews to consistently meet orexceed project goals. * Consistently completes projects on time, withinbudget, and in a safe manner. * Demonstrates ability to complete basicpaperwork (i.e., foreman logs, performance evaluations, purchase orderlogs, time cards, etc.) in a timely manner. * Effectively managesresources (tools, equipment, staffing) within crew. * Reads andunderstands estimates, with the assistance of project management orsuperintendent, as a part of the installation and layout of a project.* Consistently provides feedback and coaching to crew members. * Takesthe initiative to run a thorough ORM. Is conscious of safe and unsafeacts on the jobsite and addresses and eliminates hazards accordingly.Consistently enforces and promotes workplace safety procedures (weeklytoolbox talks, weekly safety audits, appropriate documentation, etc.) *Actively mentors and develops others within projects and crews. *Supports usage of Faith internal resources to include, but not limitedto Excellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating, etc.* Maintains compliance with company policies; consults with HR and/orWorkforce Managers (PM if appropriate) to ensure consistent correctivemeasures are taken, and documentation completed. * Demonstratesexcellent customer relations through utilization of effectiveproblem-solving techniques. * Actively participates in Faith\'s hiringreferral and mentoring program, as appropriate. * Performs otherrelated duties as required and assigned.
