This position is responsible for theconstruction, installation, and repair of walls, siding, commercialdoors/windows, and roofs using materials such as steel, sheet metal,plastics and composites of multiple materials. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 5+ years of experienceTravel: 10-25% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6AM and 6 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. Schedule may varyand can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Installs walls, floors, ceilings, and roofsusing materials such as: wood, steel, metal, plastics, and composites ofmultiple materials. * Fits and installs window frames, doors, doorframes, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter\'slevel, plumb bob, and laser levels. * Shapes or cuts materials tospecified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws. *Demonstrates ability to work without direct supervision. * Analyzesblueprints effectively. * Cleans and maintains workstation, tools andmanufacturing environment. * Consistently follows workplace safetyprocedures and ensures manufacturing crews are working safely accordingto company policies. * Consistently completes tasks on time, withinbudget and in a safe manner. * Analyzes upcoming tasks and anticipatesequipment, procedures and training needed to complete work in a safemanner. * Designs and builds wood shipping crates and packages forvarious projects throughout the facility. * Actively participates inFaith\'s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate. *Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
