Job Title: Estimator

Job Description

Seeking an Estimator with prior experience in the civil construction space for a local heavy civil general contractor. This role involves preparing work by gathering information and requirements, setting priorities, and preparing construction budgets by studying plans and updating specifications. Responsibilities also include evaluating purchase offers by costing changes and additions, obtaining bids from vendors and subcontractors, resolving cost discrepancies, and supporting project teams with scope development, bid requirements, and contractual language.

Hard Skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience Estimating in Civil Construction on Public and Private Projects

Proficient in Bid Software HCSS (Open to Bid to Win or Hard Dollar)

Soft Skills

Ability to provide Estimates that are on time and accurateJob Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Woodburn, Oregon.

Work Environment

Will be based out of the office with occasional visits to job sites
