Description:

　　We are seeking an entry level Project Estimator that will be responsible for the takeoff and bid management of project related jobs across various construction sectors for a commercial fencing contracting in metro-Detroit.

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Plan and implement project plans and specifications

　　• Direct and lead the interaction with customers and contractors

　　• Evaluate new project websites and plans

　　• Ensure deadlines

　　• Maintain required project documentation

　　• Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects

　　Skills:

　　Commercial construction, Project management, construction estimating, bluebeam, Estimation, Bidding, Blueprint, Estimating software, Cost estimate

　　RESUME REQUIREMENTS:

　　-Bachelors in Construction Management

　　-some experience estimating in construction field or training with estimating team (electrical, mechanical, GC, etc)

　　-knowledge of takeoffs through a software

　　REFERENCE SKILLS:

　　-strong analysis and critical thinking skills

　　-very detail-oriented and deadline focused

　　-a strong work ethic - "go-getter"

　　NICE-TO-HAVES:

　　-OSHA 30

　　-structural steel knowledge

　　-Any construction certs
