Watts will embark on a significant multi-year transformation endeavor – a major ERP implementation with six major business value streams including O2C (order-to-cash), S2P (source-to-pay), I2D (inventory-to-delivery), F2P (forecast-to-plan), P2P (plan-to-produce) and R2R (record-to-report).
We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated, and talented individual to join our team as a F2P Senior SAP/IT Business Analyst. Harmonizing, standardizing, and simplifying business processes at enterprise level is one of key program objectives.
The F2P end-to-end process includes Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization and reporting and Master Data Management.
The F2P Senior SAP/IT Business Analyst reports to the F2P Process Lead who provides an oversight of the entire end-to-end F2P process. The F2P Senior SAP/IT Business Analyst is a primary contact between technology teams and partners and supports F2P modules within SAP and satellite applications that work with the core ERP system.
You Will:
Ensure project milestones and goals are met. Work with users to develop / scope functional requirements, conduct FIT-GAP Analysis, develop detail functional specifications, review technical specifications, prepare use case scenarios / test scripts, implement functional testing, and prepare cut-over plans
Evaluate requirements, satellite application integration needs, and technical solutions of SAP F2P modules and translate into detailed functional specifications
Be liaison between business process team, system integrators, partners and technology teams to drive project requirements solutions
Work with cross-functional teams to perform system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing
Work with F2P team members and other value stream teams as one cohesive team; collaborate with other process teams within the ERP program: Change Management team, Application Development and Technology team and Data team; work with the System Integrator team and manage a collaborative working relationship
Develop knowledge/competency in super users and subject matter experts throughout the business; ensure instructional materials are accurate; provide subject matter expertise for end-user training delivery
Keep up to date on industry trends and innovations, changes in F2P rules, and future SAP development for their respective process areas or functional area
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science
10+ years overall experience supporting the F2P process
Knowledge of SAP best practices, standard F2P process and master data management
Hands on experience configuring and troubleshooting SAP F2P modules
Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training
Guide and coach technical teammates on functional aspects and assess development to ensure consistency with initial design
Ability to multi-task, working on more than one issue simultaneously with a high degree of independence
Written and oral communication skills
Communicate highly technical information
Project management skills in planning, tracking, reporting and risk mitigation; excellent organization and planning skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in end-to-end SAP F2P implementation in manufacturing industry
Experience with SAP S4/HANA Cloud
Experience with integration, using middleware between SAP or other ERP systems, and Supply Chain Planning Solution (Anaplan, OMP, Logility, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.)
