　　Robert Half is seeking an ERM Professional.

　　Does this sound like you?

　　Preparing board and committee materials, working with Legal and senior members of the risk functions.

　　Working in close partnership with senior leaders of the Enterprise Risk functions, including business stakeholders, to fulfill the duties of the company's boards and committees, providing them with guidance, critical analysis and thoughtful risk review comments to ensure adequate reporting and adherence to governance best practices and standards.

　　Facilitating quarterly risk metric collection cycles, including but not limited to collection cycle kick off, tool administration, and producing reporting for the Board and Sub-Committees based on data received.

　　Maintaining annual agenda planners for board and committees to support the embedding of the firm’s enterprise risk management framework.

　　Ensuring committee charters are kept up to date and relevant.

　　Requirements

　　• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, finance, insurance, or a related field

　　• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management

　　• Experience in, or working with, Risk Management at a large, complex financial services organization.

　　• Superior communication skills, including active listening and the ability to capture and deliver key takeaways from engagements in writing.

　　• Able to work in an agile environment and easily adapt to changing demands and priorities.

　　• Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management (ability to identify, analyze, evaluate, treat, and monitor risk.)
