　　EQUIPMENT SERVICE (MAINTENANCE)]{.underline}

　　Description of Position :

　　Support in all aspects for daily production operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to: troubleshooting, preventive maintenance activities, repair "all types", production support, machine downtime solutions, machine efficiency improvements, component part rebuild work "all types", all production support type activities as needed.

　　Duties :

　　Work closely with production members to complete job assignments in a timely mannerSupport production with planned/unplanned work activities as assignedSupport all type of machine breakdown repairs including hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatics, electrical, ladder logic, and numerical controlsWork directly with Team Leaders for production downtime/efficiency improvementsParticipate in shift meeting and other meetings as assignedParticipate in all training activities as required to improve and master job duties as assignedPerform robot recovery and support robot training activities when requestedSupport new model activities as assignedDemonstrate good communication skills for shift pass down information including production equipment daily performance, machine breakdown follow upComplete equipment PM's as assignedSupport environmental improvement activitiesAll other duties as assigned

　　Desired Qualifications :

　　Education

　　Technical High School Education or any combination of equivalent experience and educationExperience

　　Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience utilizing team based problem solving techniques

　　Computer Skills

　　Microsoft WordMicrosoft ExcelPlex or other comparable ERP system

　　Personal/Other Skills

　　Mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of mechanical systemsStrong trouble shooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to define problems and resolve them quicklyFamiliar with OHSA regulationsAbility to work well with ever changing priorities and or situationsMust be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels while displaying a positive can-do approach/attitudePositive, uplifting, and respectful individualUnderstand technical drawings including hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical (including ball screws, spindles, etc.) and ladder logicKnowledge of the work areas coveredGood time management skills and discipline to self-prioritize daily activitiesFlexible week to week schedule
