　　Starting hourly wage for the Equipment Service Technician is $19.00 an hour depending on experience!

　　Robust benefits package including 100% paid employee health and dental for Full-Time Equipment Service Technician – eligible after 30 days!

　　What will you do as an Equipment Service Technician?

　　As part of the Equipment Service Team, the Equipment Service Technician is responsible for maintenance, repair, delivery, set up, moving, and/or exchange of all Company beverage equipment to maximize customer satisfaction and sales. Equipment may include but not limited to vending machines, coolers, restaurant fountain equipment and coffee dispensing equipment. This position is responsibility for performing preventative and quality maintenance checks in addition to maintaining various records and reports.

　　Deliver, remove, exchange, and relocate beverage equipment.

　　Educate customers in operation of equipment.

　　Assist with installations, removals, and relocations of fountain equipment (post mix or pre mix) and coffee dispensing equipment.

　　Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.

　　Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory.

　　Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory.

　　Maintain and complete required paperwork such as work tickets, parts list, vehicle inspections, etc.

　　Rebuild and repair parts and equipment.

　　Use electronic hand-held devise such as IPad for data entry and retrieval.

　　Provide quality customer service including driving to customer locations to deliver and/or repair equipment.

　　Scheduling flexibility is required.

　　Requirements

　　Position Requirements:

　　· Driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Candidates must have a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record to be considered.

　　In the Equipment Service Technician role, we are seeking someone who:

　　Has a High School Diploma or GED

　　Has 1-3 years of general work experience

　　Likes to be on the move, and is capable of lifting 75 lbs. on a regular basis

　　Is able to work in various work environments including but not limited to heights, confined spaces and outdoors.

　　In the Equipment Service Technician role, we prefer candidates who:

　　Have a Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification

　　Have general plumbing and technical experience

　　Demonstrate mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.

　　Have basic computer skills.

　　Have Prior work experience with moving equipment, vending equipment repair, and distribution.

　　Have a Forklift certification
