Equipment Engineering Technician provides senior technical support fromMon, Fri, The technician will work closely with Equipment Engineering,Maintenance Management and the compressed workweek maintenance teams todrive PM Consistency, tool availability, capacity & cost projects, andprovide standardized technical training for all tools in the module. Thetraining that you would be responsible to provide may require anoccasional compressed workweek schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Completehigh level engineering owned projects with minimal support, equipmentinstalls, improvement efforts, and parts qualifications -Spare PartsManagement, including kitting parts, testing refurbished parts, secondsourcing spares, vendor qualification and evaluation -Coordinateconsistent PM performance across all four shifts through TPMstandardization activities, conduct after action reviews and track PMexecution -Provide technical training for CWW maintenance techniciansand author/update training procedures, BKM\'s, documents and specs -Mustbe willing to travel for vendor schooling for extended periods of time.QUALIFICATIONS: -Experience with high level tool support for ClassOneSolstice and AMAT platers. -Applicants must have at least 5 years ofexperience at a senior level and be considered an expert on most if notall toolsets in the target module -Associate degree or vocationalequivalent in Electronics, Mechanics or the Computer Sciences -Must bewilling to work Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm (though there issome flexibility in start time), and willing to work overtime as needed.Must be at morning pass-down. -The job requires working with a diversemix of technical people on all 4 shifts, maintenance and engineering.Applicant must have demonstrated excellent communication andinterpersonal skills -Experienced MS Office user proficient with Exceland Word. Access and Power Point a plus. -Must have a strong backgroundin mechanical troubleshooting, robotics, electronics and electricaltroubleshooting, and programming -RF theory, high vacuum systems, wouldbe plus Qorvo will not sponsor job applicants for visas or workauthorizations for this position.
