You will play an important role in supporting theimplementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the HealthyPlanet module within the Epic electronic health record system. This roleinvolves collaborating with clinical and technical teams to ensure theeffective utilization of the Healthy Planet module to improve populationhealth management and patient outcomes. In this role, you should be ateam player with a keen eye for detail and strong instincts forproblem-solving, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects andtasks. You have a demonstrated ability to build relationships with manydifferent areas of the business and you can tailor your questions andlanguage for your audience. Collaboration, curiosity, and being anexpert advisor are among your proven top skill sets. Responsibilities Work with users across theorganization to understand interpret and triage business needs includingidentifying existing solutions, defining appropriate tools andcoordinating resources for development and delivery. Epic upgradesupport, implementing new functionality based on organizationalstrategy, and assisting with the development of training materials andanalytics within the Epic Healthy Planet application.
