　　We are seeking eager individuals to join out Entry-Level Trades Exploratory Program, which will begin June 3, 2024. This program offers a comprehensive introduction to various trades, providing participants with exposure to different specialties within the company. A career in the skilled trades offers the opportunity to earn as you learn valuable skills that lead to secure jobs with good earning potential.

　　To successfully perform in this position, the following skills are needed:

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Strong interest in pursuing a career in the trades industry.

　　Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

　　Demonstrated commitment to learning and proactive approach to tasks.

　　Duties include:

　　Participate in rotational training across different trade disciplines. (e.g., electrical, plumbing, low voltage, sheet metal, and HVAC)

　　Assist skilled tradespeople in day-to-day tasks and projects to gain practical experience. Some tasks include:

　　Wire pulling

　　System programming

　　Industrial welding/cutting

　　Pipe installation

　　Learn and adhere to safety protocols and industry standards under supervision.

　　Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals and deadlines.
