As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
As a QC Technician at DeBoer's Auto, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standard of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough quality control checks on both inbound and outbound vehicles, ensuring that all repairs meet our strict quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about cars and looking to start a career in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed quality control inspections on vehicles before and after repairs.
Ensure that all vehicle repairs are completed correctly and to the company's standards.
Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies to the management team.
Assist in various tasks around the shop, including cleaning, maintaining equipment, and other duties as assigned.
Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
Training and Development
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to advance their career with DeBoer's Auto. After one year of proven success in the role, you will qualify to enter our Automotive Apprenticeship Program. This two-year program combines on-the-job training with classroom learning, preparing you for ASE certifications, a New Jersey Air Conditioning License, and an Inspector’s License.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and a keen interest in the automotive industry.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
$18/hr
5 day work week (no weekends!)
