　　About Your Expertise:

　　Progress toward an applicable Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required

　　Previous customer service experience is beneficial

　　Knowledge of tax rules and regulations is beneficial

　　Experience in the transportation industry is beneficial

　　Experience managing multiple priorities is beneficial
