　　Job Description:

　　The technical consultant should be well versed in the technical (meaning data/systems/integrations) space and be able to partner with us via insights so we arrive at a comprehensive, end-to-end implementation plan and visuals. In my opinion, strategic expertise is also important as this is a transformative initiative. They need to be able to understand the big picture, how it all fits together and help guide us in selecting the best CRM tool.

　　Required Basic Qualifications:Ensure the platform has an API for integrations (e.g. Data Lake, Data warehouse).ERM and data enrichment capable (either internal to the solution or integrations with a third party or both).Ensure platform is low touch, minimal to no user input required for lawyers all so our attorneys will be more engaged given the benefits and proactive with the outputs.Ability to customize reporting, as out-of-the-box reporting seldom ever meets our needs.Firm understanding of the data quality requirements (resources and change control).Would love for the ultimate tool to be able to have pipeline and opportunity management features. Ideal tool would cover or greatly enhance the capture of the full client lifecycle.Mobile app component is a plus. An attorney's ability to access information on the go is essential.Security is critical to any application we choose.
