Enterprise Security Support Program ManagerJob LocationsUS-OH-WPAFBID2023-7594CategoryOtherTypeRegular Full-TimeOverviewCredence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Enterprise Security Support Program Manager in support of the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.ResponsibilitiesAssist CROWS Management by serving as a program manager on CROWS enterprise security support and investment projects (secure facilities construction and enterprise support projects) and coordinating activities with CROWS leadership, customers, and other equity holders.Assist CROWS management by clearly presenting project planning and status, in terms of cost, schedule, and performance to CROWS champions, leaders, personnel and extended team members.Work with team leads, cyber focus teams, and team members to identify and track requirements/needs.Craft and updating action plans.Oversee or assist in developing a strategic budget and ensuring schedules are consistent with action plans.Collaborate with CROWS management, team leads and extended teams to prepare for periodic working group meetings and other planning meetings.Assist in development of briefings to be presented to senior leadership at the CROWS, SAF/ (Headquarters Air Force (HAF), and Office of Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) levels.Plan and support telecommunications, face-to-face meetings, and senior leadership meetings.Assist with DoD and DAF program/project analysis including the planning and organizing of program/project activities.Assist with technical work related to program management to include planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.Assist in analyzing, planning, and organizing program/project activities and performing in a professional work environment related to program activities.Assist in planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, command level presentations to include PMRs, studies, status briefings, and other reviews.Assist with reviewing and establishing policies and guidance.Monitor team performance and providing team direction and prioritization as agreed to with a Government program manager, including security and acquisition support projects and efforts.Maintain a repository of best practices and lessons learned, to facilitate continued process improvements.Deliver expert research and analysis in support of expanding programs and areas of responsibility.QualificationsClearance: Top SecretMA/MS and ten (10) years relevant work experience orBA/BS and twelve (12) years relevant work experience orFifteen (15) years relevant work experienceSpecialized Knowledge and Experience Required:Working knowledge of information, industrial, personnel, and operations security programs and the integration of these programs in SCI and SAP environments.Knowledge of current security policy/manuals and shall have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners.Current understanding of DoD acquisition and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPB&E) timelines and processes to ensure timely and synchronized schedule integration of requirements into program schedules and milestones through various acquisition program Integrated Product Teams.High degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision.Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic AOR (note - could be extensive and will include both air and ground transportation).Need help finding the right job?W
