**About the Intermediate Preparatory Academy: New Mexico Military Institutes (NMMI) middle grades school, Intermediate Preparatory Academy (IPA), offers a unique curriculum incorporating immersive/intensive and hands-on learning experiences within a structured environment. In Fall 2024, IPA will extend its enrollment to include 6^th^, 7^th,^ and 8^th^ grades, with a total enrollment of approximately 90 students.
Position: Faculty - IPA (English and Social Studies) for the Intermediate Preparatory Academy (IPA) are exempt, 9- month positions. IPA's English and Social Studies teachers will enjoy an extraordinary opportunity to develop a unique, mission-aligned curriculum. IPA emphasizes fundamental skills, including daily practice in reading and writing. All core faculty also participate in developing and delivering immersive learning experiences.
