Must Haves:
2-5+ years of experience working in a similar coordinating role
Well-rounded technical experience including experience with hardware QA or troubleshooting and software tech support
Experience with reviewing, editing, and presenting reports to management team
Independent, driven, eager to learn, and share information with other team members
Experience using communication tools such as Outlook, Calendar, Office 365, etc
Ability keep up in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Can record action items and high-level notes in technical meetings and distribute them to attendees.
Experience keeping project documents and document templates up-to-date.
Nice to Haves:
Experience entering and routing bugs and tasks in a project management software system such as Asana or Jira
Experience in setting up Hardware beta testing program
Engineering experience and familiar with Hardware troubleshooting process
Experience working with error logs and picking issues out of long lines of output
Experience with Unix or working in other command line environments
Job Description:
Incident management and technical troubleshooting for the remote data collection program on the AR I&I team (including but not limited to study setup and launch issues, hardware setup and use, and serving as a focal point for miscellaneous technical questions that arise).
Work closely with Data Foundations Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support prototype training and distribution to data collectors
Liaise with and/or escalate appropriate technical issues to relevant engineering or research program leads
Provide summary of resolved/unresolved issues to Data Foundations TPMs and relevant engineering leads
Assist TPM with the training of external/remote participants for data collections.
Test and QA studies prior to release to participants, and work with study leads to address bugs
Prototype Device Management for the AR I&I team, including hardware prototype distribution and device troubleshooting, firmware flashing, and triaging damaged devices
Assign, manage, and maintain accounts in study website for participants and team members
Document and track reported technical issues, prototype HW issues, and ability to identify root causes of issues (e.g. Firmware, Electrical or Mechanical) and funnel to the appropriate contact
Working closely with logistics team to arrange prototype deliveries and pick ups
Ensure secure return of equipment with security and operations personnel.
