JOB REQUIREMENTS: Research Products Corporation, dba Aprilaire seeks anEngineering Manager Offshore Digital Team, who will oversee andcoordinate activity within the offshore engineering group in our SunPrairie, WI location. In this role, your responsibilities will includecommunication and coordination across all engineering disciplines andfunctional areas within AprilAire. You are responsible for therobustness of development processes, creating and tracking KPIs, andproviding technical and project oversight for the external developmentteam. These could include one or more of the following disciplines:firmware development, hardware designs, mobile app development, cloudbackend work, and associated testing. You will be responsible forassisting the project manager in areas of scheduling and budgeting. Theindividual will need to travel to India for business purposes 1 or 2times per year. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Theposition requires a bachelor\'s degree in computer science, computerengineering, electrical engineering or a related field. The positionalso requires at least six years of progressive experience working withproduct development.
