　　Our focus on the AutoCAD product development team is to continue the success of the world’s leading CAD family of applications and deliver value to a new generation of customers, on whatever platforms they choose. Our efforts to bring AutoCAD to new platforms has been publicly recognized by some of the biggest tech companies in the world (e.g. Apple, Google, Microsoft) in their various keynote events and helps set the industry standard for how cross platform development is done.

　　We are seeking an experienced software development manager to join our AutoCAD Mobile development team that focus on building AutoCAD Mobile Apps for both iOS and Android. We are looking for a passionate, creative and collaborative person who can lead team to success. We value the knowledge and experience of the candidate in applying appropriately in the new challenge.

　　Responsibilities

　　Recruit, coach and develop a talented and highly motivated team to deliver the AutoCAD Mobile apps successfully, both iOS and Android

　　Understand Autodesk's strategic position and create innovative products aligning with this strategy

　　Lead a team to develop and deliver high quality features on AutoCAD mobile platform on schedule

　　Collaborate effectively with globally distributed product management, design, QA and other stakeholders to build products that have a quantifiable impact on Autodesk’s business

　　Manage the product backlog, do scrum planning with team, and validate that all new features meet functional, performance, and experience requirements and ensure incremental delivery of business value over time

　　Understand product with data analytics

　　Provide leadership to the team, painting a vision for the future

　　Build the performing team and grow talents

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　BS/MS in a related field (software engineering, computer science, statistics, etc.)

　　8 years working experience with 3 years as people manager

　　Strong communicator who can explain complex topics to both a technical and non-technical audience

　　Proven rich hands-on development experience in either iOS or Android

　　Collaborative, respectful, and thoughtful leader who is interested to work in a diverse and global team

　　Project management skills, and technical management skills

　　Solid understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle from analyzing the needs to delivery of working software

　　Experienced in Agile software development practice and ceremonies

　　Demonstrates mature judgment when making engineering choices, and can reliably make the call between elegant and practical fixes

　　Successfully completed three or more commercial software development cycles

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Experience in C/C++ Experience in Javascript

　　Experience in AWS services

　　Experience in cloud or backend development
