SUMMARY To provide administrative and operational support to ClarkDietrich Engineering Project Managers across all four offices. Responsible for managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication and coordination, maintaining project documentation, and contributing to the overall success of CDES. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Responsibilities: * Collect, navigate, and organize construction contract documents including various drawings and specifications. * Handle various project management tasks documented through the use of a project database. * Manage various technical documents like quotes, contracts, RFIs, etc. Process Management Responsibilities: * Facilitate effective communication between internal team members, customers and ClarkDietrich sales team. * Coordinate between internal teams, external customers, and ClarkDietrich sales team to ensure mutual comprehension regarding expectations, deadlines, and schedules. Office Responsibilities: * Manage daily duties through tools utilized by management. * Maintain a clean office environment. * Cooperatively work with all team members. * Participate and engage in office meetings and discussions. QUALIFICATIONS Technical Skills: * Computer literacy and technology proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) * Previous experience with databases * Previous experience with PDF editors a plus * Previous experience with AutoCAD a plus Communication Skills: * Effectively prepares written correspondence in a professional manner * Effectively communicates verbally Management Skills: * Strong organizational skills * Ability to prioritize a diverse workload * Detail oriented * Ability to maintain accurate records * Work independently and as part of a team * Complete work under time constraints with minimal supervision * Build on demonstrated skill set to reach project completion and office goals through a positive team spirit and willingness to perform all team tasks required to complete projects to the satisfaction of the client.
