　　Job Description

　　To ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained environment at The Omni Homested resort.

　　Responsibilities

　　Essential Functions:

　　This position requires strong knowledge of:

　　Maintain all mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas.

　　Receive direction for house calls via radio.

　　Assists engineers and mechanics with repairs.

　　Clean all work areas once job is complete.

　　Works with Maintenance technician 1 and 2 to repair malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to correct the problem.

　　Uses a variety of tools and equipment including but not limited to power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment.

　　Works with each department to assure emergency and safety work orders are handled promptly.

　　Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.

　　Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.

　　And any other reasonable task asked of them by management

　　Maintenance hand, power & shop tools

　　Working Environment:

　　Interior & all areas of the resort. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.

　　Exterior of resort with exposure to weather conditions.

　　Exposure to various hazardous chemicals
