Description

　　End User Support Specialist

　　Located in Alpharetta, 5 days onsite (not negotiable).

　　Requirements

　　Responsibilities:

　　Providing support Level 1 to end users

　　Operate at the first level of service to the end-user seeking to recover the services that were interrupted or solve the problems presented. When this solution requires more than a few hours of service, the call should be escalated to the next level.

　　Perform activities related to the maintenance of Active Directory;

　　Receive technical assistance from IT suppliers, and others, in the case of preventive and corrective maintenance, scheduling the day and time for its execution, in order to guarantee the correct operation of machinery and equipment;

　　Keep information regarding IT assets up to date;

　　Respect the processes and procedures established for the IT area;

　　Search for the constant updating of company's software and applications, according to the company's needs and/or attending to communications coming from the France Headquarters.

　　Requirements:

　　Good written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and Assertive communication

　　Capable of conducting work autonomously and deliver on time in a demanding commercial environment: manage time and set priorities.

　　Ability to adapt and learn quickly.

　　Strong experience in end-user support Tier 1 and 2

　　Experience with MS tools, internet, network, and AD.

　　Some networking skills are a plus
