　　Roles & Responsibilities:

　　We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RTOS, Operating System concepts, multi-core systems, and a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

　　Required Skills (Technical Competency):

　　Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, or related field.

　　Solid programming experience in C and/or C++.

　　Proven experience in embedded systems with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems.

　　Design and implement software for multi-core systems, optimizing performance and resource utilization.

　　Debug and resolve issues related to multi-core synchronization and communication.

　　Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components.

　　Strong documentation and writing skills.

　　Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review techniques.

　　Basic understanding of AI and ML concepts.

　　Strong teamwork and communication skills.

　　Desired Skills:

　　Experience in collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI/ML algorithms into embedded systems.

　　Experience with TensorFlow Lite (TFL), TensorFlow Lite for Microcontrollers (TFLM), XNNPACK.

　　Knowledge of firmware engineering.

　　Knowledge of model optimization for power/processor consumption, model pruning, runtime gating.​​​​​​​
