　　Randstad is currently recruiting experienced electronics technicians for direct hire opportunities for well established companies located in both West Knoxville and the Oak Ridge areas. If you have previous electronics experience, great soldering abilities, and the desire to join some of the most respected companies in the area, this could be your next great opportunity to utilize your experience and gain new skills!

　　salary: $47,000 - $57,000 per year

　　work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

　　Responsibilities

　　Schedule and direct work for the department and effectively communicate the schedule to management.

　　Preliminary and final test of completed products.

　　Quality Assurance function (make products ready for shipment)

　　Use proper calibration techniques in a radiation environment.

　　Maintain accuracy of the schedule

　　Visually inspect manufactured items for cosmetics, workmanship, soldering, conformance to drawings, and quality standards

　　Verify proper revision levels and markings per prints

　　Ability to work independently and provide guidance and assistance to lower level technicians.

　　Investigate, research, and identify components in error

　　Ability to change priorities in a high pressure environment.

　　Good soldering skills
