Stay abreast of the latest developments in electric vehicle technology and charging infrastructure.Provide technical expertise to customers during the sales process.Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell electric buses.Educate potential customers on the benefits of electric buses and associated technologies.Oversee customer deployment projects, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles and setup of charging infrastructure.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline the deployment process.Develop and conduct training programs for customers on vehicle and infrastructure software, charging procedures, and maintenance.Serve as a resource for customer inquiries related to electric bus technology.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.Identify, research, and pursue relevant grants to support electrification projects.Prepare and submit well-researched and compelling grant proposals, ensuring alignment with project goals and client needs.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and incentives related to electric buses.Network with key stakeholders in the electric vehicle industry.Position Requirements:
