　　The Big Task

　　You will diagnose and repair Electrical Services and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

　　Key Sub Tasks

　　3-5 Years Experience as a Electrician Working for a Licensed Contractor.

　　High School Diploma or GED.

　　Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

　　Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager and installation teams.

　　Know how to establish customer rapport to present the right products and services.

　　Understand sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for meeting and exceeding revenue goals.

　　Keep your company truck clean, inside/out and inventory up to date.

　　Properly complete paperwork.

　　Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

　　Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

　　Train and mentor apprentices.

　　Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.

　　Must be able to successfully complete mathematical aptitude evaluation.

　　Must be capable of applying sound business judgment to all decisions.

　　Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, and lift for prolonged periods of time.

　　Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and work from ladder up to two stories in height.

　　Qualifications

　　To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This individual must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education. The Service Technician must meet or exceed shop minimums set for the Dot Program or its equivalent.

　　Must know local electrical codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job. Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes. Must be able to draw simple riser diagrams and be able to read them. Capable of electrical techniques.

　　Additional Information:

　　This position will require working indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from cold with rain to very hot and humid. This includes attics, crawl spaces, and confined locations.

　　Typical workweek is eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays five (5) days per week with occasional weekend work and remember NO ON CALL, NO HOLIDAYS AND NO SUNDAYS.
