Our exclusive building methodologies,accredited safety standards and professional execution allow us to turn ourcustomers' greatest concepts into reality.Position and Responsibilities:Must have solid understanding of estimation process.Review project documents.Identify scope of work.Material, labor, and equipment takeoffs.Walk difficult projects.Identify and document difficult/ non-standard conditions.Coordinate with Preconstruction Team to identify and fill scope gaps.Clarify scope with General Contractor and Engineer.Obtain quotes and coordinate/qualify scope with vendors and subcontractors.Completely assemble the Bid Tab in a timely manner.Provide value engineering ideas.Verify estimate accuracy by comparing data versus similar bids.File electronic documents.Participate in turnover process to Operations.Liaison between Estimating and Field Operations.Follow up on past awardsQualifications:
