　　Wabtec Netherlands is a merged organization and focuses on several activities, including the production of relays for trains and railways and panel meters for shipping. We also make conductor systems for example for warehouses, and we have our own service organization for the power rail systems. Wabtec Netherlands is located in Ede and is part of the international organization Wabtec Corporation. We are looking to strengthen our engineering department and currently we are searching for an:

　　Electrical Engineer - Hardware (m/f/d)

　　What are you going to do?

　　Translate new customer questions into your ideas and develop them into a complete wiring and arrangement

　　Prepare the prototypes and make any technical adjustments in current projects

　　Maintain frequent contact with the production department and act as their source of information

　　Supervision of the entire process from design to end product

　　Ensure that the products made meet our quality requirements

　　As a Hardware Engineer, you are part of the Engineering department and report to the Engineering Manager.

　　What are we looking for?

　　Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation or energy technology

　　Ability to understand, read and draw electrical diagrams

　　2 -5 years of working experience in similar field, knowledge of panel construction is advantageous

　　Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, proactive, goal-oriented, systematic, and organized

　　Dutch and English speaking proficiency
