Description:

　　Actalent is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 3-4+ years of experience is MEP. This individual will be performing all levels of electrical design including the development of construction documents. Designing complex electrical systems in accordance with current code requirements and sound engineering principles. Oversee designs through project construction/completion. Communicate effectively with engineers, project manager and clients. Conduct field visits to accurately document existing conditions.  Complete electrical calculations including load studies, voltage drop, panel/transformer/feeder loading, generator sizing, illumination levels, etc. Design of electrical system devices, distribution components, lighting, fire alarm and special systems applicable to the project type. Lastly this candidate must have a working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD is a plus.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Degreed Engineer with MEP experience

　　EIT and LEED accreditation preferred

　　Revit is a must and AutoCAD is a plus

　　3-4+ years of industry-related experience, in design of commercial, government, academic, R&D, multi-family, industrial and similar projects.
