　　Responsibilities

　　Working with engineers on highly automated machining lines to improve processes, and diagnose problems with the equipment (both mechanical and electrical related).

　　Creating and/or modifying written processes and procedures.

　　Performing time studies of equipment set up and run times to reduce startup equipment time.

　　Providing support to production management by implementing and sustaining continuous improvement efforts.

　　Manage engineering project such as specification development, quotation, vendor selection, design, installation, debug, and production startup phases of the project.

　　Developing, recommending, and implementing manufacturing process improvements by equipment redesign or process changes.

　　Applying engineering and technical skills to continuous improvement of electrical and control systems.

　　Performing all work in a safe manner; promoting and fostering a safe work environment.
