　　We are currently hiring for a full time construction manger to run lead with agricultural plant sites and client interface.

　　Responsibilities for Construction Manager:

　　Daily Construction Reports

　　Soft Skills - Microsoft, incident management systems(Enablon), outlook, teams, project scheduling tools , etc

　　Daily site Management of all contractors, Schedule(who, where and when)

　　Involvement and engagement in weekly calls with contractors and team

　　Financial decisions must be brought to and approved by the Build Project Manager

　　Change orders must be reviewed by Construction Manager First, but final approval by Build Project Manager

　　Strong Relationship and alignment with location leadership and Construction Safety Specialist

　　Preferred if they have experience with metal bin jacking construction

　　Skills & Qualifications:

　　DO NOT NEED a bachelors in electrical engineering

　　Install conveyor tail support structure/ladders

　　Install tower superstructure

　　Erect bin 91 and associated components

　　Relocate/reorientate aeration fans on Bins 90 & 91 to avoid superstructures

　　Replace damaged aeration trench perforated covers for bin 91

　　Modify/remove bin peak platform guardrail (all bins) as required for installation of bridges.

　　Install bridges, towers, catwalks, ladders

　　Install new conveyor

　　Install Bin Gator Sweep

　　Foundations and Piles

　　Electrical:

　　Conduit & Wire runs for new conveyors

　　Conduit & Wire runs for lighting

　　Conduit & Wire for Aeration fans

　　Conduit & Wire runs for hazmon

　　Conduit & Wire for bin sweep

　　Lighting fixtures (including Conduit & Wire)
