　　EH&S Specialist Responsibilities:

　　Conduct and coordinate project audits, assist in the development of site specific EHS plans, attend project safety meetings, conduct training, and facilitate incident investigations

　　Effectively communicate information, lead, coach and train all levels of project employees in safety and health compliance, policies, and best practices

　　Deliver training in Spanish and communicate with Spanish speaking employees about safety concerns

　　Assists project leadership with incident investigations, corrective actions, and final reports.

　　Evaluate all field operations, including emergency response procedures, for improvement in effectiveness and compliance.

　　Conduct audits and inspection of assigned projects, areas, and work tasks.

　　EH&S Specialist Requirements:

　　Previous EH&S experience in a Construction or Industrial environment

　　Proficiency in written and verbal Spanish
