　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Performs standard and complex Electroencephalogram (EEG), Nerve Conduction and Evoked-Response recordings and assists physicians, as requested, with patients aged infant to geriatric. Provides call and PRN coverage in areas as instructed. Is responsible for clerical and technical areas of Neurology. Performs the follow as well: Level I: able to perform diagnostic testing as follows: Electroencephalogram (EEG): Adult - Infant, and Cerebral death. Evoked Potential (NCV): BAER, μ&L Nerve Conduction, F & H Waves, Blink Reflex, repetitive nerve Conduction, U&L SSER, VER, EMG set-up. Level II: able to perform all aspects of EEG and Evoked Potential diagnostic testing as outlined above.

　　*High School/GED required. *BLS *Less than 1 year of EEG experience required. Preferred Education Preferred License/Certification Preferred Experience: *Vocational or 2 year Associates Degree preferred. *N/A *1 – 3 years of EEG experience preferred.
