Applies advanced methods to design, develop, maintain, and support technical infrastructure that includes Enterprise Energy Data Reporting System (EEDRS) network, hardware, database, and/or system software components.

　　Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

　　· Designs, develops, maintains, and supports EEDRS technical infrastructure that includes network, hardware, database, and/or system software components.

　　· Develops and applies advanced techniques in the investigation and solution of advanced EEDRS system requirements and problems.

　　· Performs advanced EEDRS technical planning, system integration, and verification and validation and evaluates alternatives.

　　· Analyzes and resolves difficult and complicated EEDRS program support deficiencies.

　　· Guides configuration, debugging, and support for infrastructure and ensures all quality and change control standards are met.

　　· Plans, conducts, and technically directs EEDRS projects or major phases of significant projects.

　　· Coordinates efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned EEDRS projects.

　　· Conducts EEDRS investigations and tests of considerable complexity.

　　· Reviews completion and implementation of EEDRS system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management.

　　· May evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.

　　Required SkillsRequired Experience

　　Bachelor’s degree in related field such as information systems, engineering, or other related technical field or equivalent experience.

　　Minimum of 8 years related experience.

　　Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance; US citizenship required.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Masters preferred.

　　MS SQL database experience.

　　MS OS 2012 experience or higher.

　　Experience with IT/OT in an operational environment.

　　Field service experience, preferably with the following programs/software: Metasys; Niagra; Rockwell Factory Talk; Tridium; Schneider Electric: Powerlogic/Struxureware; Siemens: Apogee; Ignition: Inductive Automation; Eaton Networks; Field Servers; Jace Controllers; Bacnet.
