ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Wire and install AV systems for residential customers. - Verify and test installed systems. QUALIFICATIONS - Journeyman Installer or above - Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. - Excellent customer service skills. - Outstanding organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail. - Problem solving skills. - Proficient PC and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience. - Ability and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed. - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and dependability. - Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines. - Computer Networking background a plus. - Willing to travel to jobsites. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - This position is exposed to weather conditions. - Employees are frequently required to sit, and occasionally required to kneel, reach, stoop, crouch or crawl. - This position requires the ability, and bend or stand as necessary. - This position requires the ability to move and/or lift objects regularly up to 50 pounds. PROGRAM INFORMATION - Work as a Journeyman LV technician 40 hours per week. - Valid driver s license required. - Wages are based on the union scale and increase based on the number of hours worked.
