Within our Information Systems &Services team located in Denver Leprino is seeking an ECS/AV Analyst tomove our organization to even larger level of dairy ingredient and nutritiongrowth! 　　At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically rangesbetween $68,000 and $81,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

　　Analyze, respond to, and resolve customer incidents and service requestsusing the IT Incident Management process and ticketing system.Take ownership of assigned tickets, prioritize effectively, andcoordinate resolution efforts.Develop and lead administration of ECS/AV lifecycle management andrecommended systems for the enterprise.Work with IT Management to evaluate, select, procure, deploy, andmaintain ECS/AV technology, ensuring compliance with established IT standards.Lead tracking and management of hardware and software assets using the assetmanagement system (CMDB).Independently analyze user requirements, design holistic solutions, andimplement solutions while meeting or exceeding expected service levels.Document resolutions within the Incident and Request Management ticketingsystem and maintain ECS/AV knowledge base.Create project packages, collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, andsupport IT projects.Compose installation instructions, configuration, and supportdocumentation for a self-help knowledge base.Educate the broader IT department to assist corporate users during meetingsto resolve common technical issues.You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):* Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational training experience.* 4+ years of experience in ECS/AV hardware/software support andconfiguration.* Ability to troubleshoot issues and demonstrate problem-solving techniques.* Provide senior technical expertise to Enterprise Client Services (ECS)and Plant Information Services Specialists (ISS).* Experience managing networked, distributed AV environments using toolslike Active Directory, MS Teams Admin, Zoom, WebEx, etc.

　　We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):* ITIL v3 certification preferred. Possess skills to create and improvestandardized processes.* Project Management Experience, preferably with Agile methodologies.* Experience using enterprise support ticketing system (Cherwell productspreferred).* Windows10 upgrade and enterprise deployment.* Active Directory administration.
