About E-Commerce Administrative Assistant

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an E-Commerce Administrative Assistant in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is pivotal in the e-commerce industry, where you will be managing product listings on our web platforms, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring product information accuracy. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a high level of organization and detail-orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms ensuring accuracy and quality

• Write engaging product descriptions that motivate customers to make purchases

• Handle customer inquiries promptly across multiple channels including email, phone, live chat, and social media

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

• Regularly update and maintain product inventory

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products on various social media channels

• Oversee order fulfillment activities

• Assist in creating engaging written and visual content for the website

• Analyze product performance and customer behavior data, providing insights for decision-making

• Work closely with the technical team to ensure a seamless user experience. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.

• Excellent email correspondence skills, able to respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Strong organizational skills, able to schedule appointments and manage calendars.

• Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.

• Strong customer service skills, able to assist customers with inquiries and issues.

• Ability to multitask, handle high call volumes, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry tasks.
