　　What You Will Do

　　The Enterprise Business Solutions Integration Lead for North America will be a key advisor for the One S4 program and will integrate the dependencies across the One S4 workstreams for the region and serve as the central point of coordination with the business. The role will report to the Global EBS Integration lead and will provide oversight and coordination for their region across workstream leads with a strong focus on end-to-end integration, employee experience, value realization, and continuous improvement in Finance. They will be responsible for managing interdependencies and messaging across workstreams and driving a synergistic process through the intended deployment.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Serve as SME on One S4 project to develop end state process design.

　　Coordinate sub-team efforts for various sub-process focus areas providing regional SME knowledge on EBS Finance processes, local considerations as input on design & deployment approaches

　　Expertise in translating business needs into finance / technology solutions is required.

　　Partner closely with EBS leadership Leads ensuring they are well-equipped with process updates, workstream expectations, and that their regional voices/updates/concerns are relayed back to the global Team

　　Support process standardization execution within Region to maximize efficiency and outcomes of deployments and ensure appropriate process, documentation, and DTP/WI reviews to ensure impact for EBS inclusive of training and Change & comms strategies

　　Monitor project plan for intended regional deployment, conflict management in ambiguous situations, managing interdependencies and noting significant deviations and escalating risks as identified.

　　Coaches and mentors individuals on the One S4 project teams as required

　　Ability to partner & deliver impactful presentations & framing skills along with proven interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills with associates at all levels of the organization, including senior management are required.

　　Required Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance

　　At least 3 years of finance or accounting experience

　　Strong analytical and financial analysis skills

　　Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills

　　Must have solid framing and communication skills

　　Must have the ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization and collaborate in a highly matrixed environment

　　Ability to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, deal with complexity, and multi-task.

　　Proactively take on leadership roles in projects and think strategically

　　Desired Qualifications

　　MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other advanced degrees or financial certifications

　　The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $195,500.
