Kforce's client, a global legal services company headquartered in New York, NY is seeking an e-Billing Coordinator. The schedule is hybrid, and the benefit package is outstanding.Duties will include:

　　Liaison between the firm, the client, and the e-billing vendor

　　Communication with all stakeholders

　　Document e-billing process for clients

　　Submit e-bills

　　Review e-bills for compliance and fix errors

　　Improve process, workflow, and productivity

　　Develop policies and procedures

　　Keep a record of timekeepers

　　Collaborate with clients and attorneys

　　Collaborate with collection department

　　Bachelor's degree

　　Over 2 years of experience

　　e-Billing experience

　　Experience in professional services

　　Experience in legal industry a plus

　　Strong Excel skills

　　Strong communication, both written and verbal

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
