　　Responsibilities & Duties

　　Drives and operates tri-axle dump truck to transport and dump or spread loose materials including sand, gravel, limestone, asphalt, etc. from plant to job site. Drivers must perform their duties with little to no supervision but must follow the directions of the job superintendent or customer. Drivers are also expected to perform housekeeping and general maintenance on their truck and around the plant when not transporting material.

　　Requirements

　　Commitment to safety, having a positive attitude towards safety policies

　　Must have valid Class B or A CDL

　　1+ years’ experience operating dump truck

　　Ability to operate manual shift transmission (No AUTO Restriction on CDL)

　　Must hold a current DOT medical certificate

　　Must have a good driving record, with no disqualifying offenses on your motor vehicle record (MVR)

　　Ability to perform pre-shift inspection of commercial vehicle

　　Must be able to climb, bend, kneel to get in/out of truck and to preform pre-shift inspection without issue.

　　Knowledge of DOT requirements

　　High School Diploma or GED
