　　The purpose of the DSI Applications Engineer position is to assist with the ongoing operation or sale of vision guided waterjet portioning systems for the food processing industry. Major activities include gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, performing a situation assessment, locating necessary information and resources, exploring options, identifying a solution, manipulating the portioning system software to meet the customer needs, measuring results, and communicating results.
